CS G Sriram is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Practicing Company Secretary having the experience in the Corporate Sector for more than 12 Years and held various positions in the Industry. He holds degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bharathiar University Coimbatore, Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Management Studies from Tamil Nadu University Chennai and done research under the heading “The savings and Investment Pattern of Self Help Groups” and LL.B.- Bachelor of Laws from Sri Venkateshwara University- Tirupathi. He has also passed the Insolvency and Bankruptcy examination conducted by Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and has been giving advisory services on matters related Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. He has contributed various Articles on the topics related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and also reviewed books related to Corporate Law, Insolvency Law and SEBI Act.
