CS Madhuri Pandey is a commerce graduate passed out in year 2014 from University Of Calcutta. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She passed the final examination of Company Secretary in the year 2017. She has also written articles on company law matters and taxation issues which got published on Compliance Law Calendar LLP website, Tax Guru, Tax Sutra and ICAI ICSI newsletters. She has hands on experience in Corporate Secretarial matters. In addition to the compliances under the Companies Act with specific impetus on Secretarial Compliance Audit and Due Diligence, she has also handled compliances with the regulations of MCX, NSDL and the NSE, SEBI and Stock exchange related issues, FEMA matters, drafting Legal agreements and contracts etc. She has been appointed as scrutinizer for the meeting of Shareholders and Creditors by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench in many Companies. She is expert in Corporate Restructuring and currently she is heading the Corporate Law Division.
